“I stay at my unit 1 weekend a month if that. Everyone who works there is so kind. But the gate does not work consistently for buzzing UPS, Amazon, food, etc in so often I have to run from the very back of the apts up to the gate in my pjs w my clicker and let them in. Or if I’m not there I just miss my packages. Also I live in 7102 and there are several children and a very angry father who live over my head. It’s all I hear from 5:30 am until 9 pm is them jumping on the floor and him yelling at them. I try to have compassion and tell myself that I only have to be there a few days, and breathe thru it, but it’s really not okay that I pay so much to live like that. Besides that everything is clean and I feel safe outside. There’s great parking. Fun amenities. The unit itself is very nice. Great quality.”

“I have been living here for a 1 year. this Abelia Flat apt is great for living a home. quiet and peace. sometime make a noise, not at all. all staff and manager are great doing their good jobs to take care of this apt and let me know update improve etc. Maintenance are doing as well somewhat.”
