“I gave somewhat satisfied rating because the apartment doesn’t have cameras around the parking areas. My son’s truck was stolen from the covered area we pay for that is hidden from the street. It’s not the apartments fault that bad people steal but they could have cameras and more security. Maybe that would have prevented his truck and personal property from getting stolen.”

“I’ve been living at 4600 Ross Ave Apartments for about a month now, and my experience has been great so far. The approval process was quick, taking less than two days, and I was able to move in immediately after. I really appreciate the leasing office staff for their excellent assistance. One example of their commitment to residents is when I took a tour and noticed a few noticeable stains in the lobby carpet of the common area. They informed me that it would be cleaned as part of an in-house project, and within a month, it was taken care of. Their follow-through really impressed me! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning to move to Dallas. Even if you're not currently looking, I suggest checking it out—you might just change your mind!”
