“My ONLY concern ( I don’t even want to call it a complaint) is that for $250 a month my internet often drops, drags, or slows down during the day. I WFH and we have tech requirements. Once, it froze during job interview and the speed test read download too slow to even run the test. I often have to have several screens up with video calling and it runs slow. I have had the same job for 2 years. I did not have this problem until moving here. It’s doesn’t happen all the time. And I don’t know how it could be fixed. Seems like a small issue. But, it is my only concern. I have greatly enjoyed most everything else.”

“Items like sprinklers seem to something that is very hard for management to correct. As a result we are seeing landscape die during dry months, and higher water bills. Other items such as response time or lack there of when being told by front office they will take care of something.”
