“Las Brisas is an excellent place to live. The price is great for the amenities and space that you get, plenty of green grassy areas for dogs and there’s even a dog park! I love sitting at the bench looking over the turtle pond with my dog. They always have fun resident events like pool party, food trucks and game nights. The staff are super friendly and management is very responsive. Plus everything you need is so close, HEB, IKEA, outlet mall, and a bunch of cute places to eat. Right in the heart of round rock!”

“Caroline Georgetown is a beautifully built apartment complex with great amenities. My favourite area is the pool area. Everything is kept clean, the maintainance service is promt and perfect. Management responds to your queries right away and eager to solve any issue if arises. The only disturbing thing is noise occuring nearly every day to the complex being under construction. We can sometimes hear our neighbours at night too. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex.”

“For the past 6 months management has been changing what seems like every week. There’s never a constant face or name to go to. Another reason is the manager has told me one thing and then it never happened when he said it would. Maintenance used to be pretty good about getting things done until recently also. I’ve had to put in multiple work orders for the same couple issues and instead of fixing the problem they just replace and appliance. To which the appliance sounds like it’s rolling down a mountain when you run it.”
