Hello!
Im looking for people to sublet my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in the South Groove community. I have lived here for more then 7 years and absolutely love this place, but unfortunately have to move for work.
The lease is extendable with the community after June 2024. The location is ideal - AADL library is near by there and most of the grocery, shopping etc. is within 5-10mins drive. City bus stop is walkable (2~3 mins) from the apartment that will take you to Michigan Campus and around Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti.

The apartment is 900 square feet, and has a really large living + dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. Bathroom is accessible from Primary bedroom. This apartment is on first floor (Easy to move/brings things through glass access door). This apartment has centralized AC. There is an washer/dryer within apartment building. Pets are allowed for a fee. Theres plenty of parking available in the lots in-front of the building. The building is safe, quiet, and has a locked front and back entrance. The apartment is on the second floor. I can be a bit flexible with the exact sublease term but I would prefer a lease takeover for October 2023 to July of 2024. The lease is extendable after June 2024. Water, Sewer, Heat, Trash, electricity, Gas and Internet need to be paid by tenant. Assigned covered parking is available for additional $30.

Water, Sewer, Heat, Trash bill comes around $70~73 per month. Electricity and gas depends on usage ( I get around $60 in summer and $110~120 in winter with family of 4). I paid $675 as despot which is refundable so, I except this amount to be paid to me at the time of lease take over.
