No Smoking. Background and credit checks are required. $65 Application per adult (everyone over 18 must apply!) $150 Admin Fee and security deposit due at the time of approval. $19 tenant benefit package billed monthly. Non refundable pet fees per pet will be due after lease signing. Three times rent for income. No evictions or bankruptcies in the past 5 years. Applications must be 100% completed by all applicants and cosigners to be processed. The lease must be fully executed by the tenant within 48 hours of receiving it.
