Tenant needs to contact City of Detroit Water Dept to establish an account and tenant must maintain the lawn/yard free of all debris/trash. Tenant is responsible for winter snow removal in order that postal worker & pedestrians have safe access to property, and the porch steps. Also, tenant is aware that the basement leaks during heavy rain and that items considered valuable should be keep on several palettes already provided in the basement.
