Our fully furnished, pet friendly, riverfront loft is geared towards the traveling nurse, airline personnel, intern, film crew, and traveling professional. We offer Short Term Rentals (1-3 months) and Mid Term Rentals (4-6 months). This is a third floor walk up. If this loft is rented, we have a one bedroom in the same building. Our artsy, industrial loft is beautifully redone with a full kitchen, full bathroom, large closet, and open floor plan consisting of the living room and bedroom. There is also a kitchen island with four bar stools. The loft is furnished and linens are provided. The loft is pet friendly with a pet surcharge and a security deposit. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is two adults. The property lies on the river. Our property offers free, off street parking in our building parking lot. There is a laundry area in the building.

The rental price is $1400 per month which includes water, electric, heating, and wifi. We are pet friendly with a non refundable pet deposit of $200. We require a refundable $700 security deposit. Must be at least 21 years old. Parties are not allowed.
