City Center: Just as the name suggests, City Center is Norton Shores city center. Apartments here are moderately priced and nearby grocery stores, bars and restaurants.

W Sherman Blvd/Mccracken St: Home prices and rents are going to increase ever so slightly when you enter this neighborhood.

E Broadway Ave/S Getty St: Located nearby Black Creek, E Broadway Ave is considered downtown North Shores. The areafeatures more businesses than other neighborhoods. There are more apartments than houses.
