For months we dealt with a ceiling leak due to faulty AC equipment. When we first moved in the unit was not ready, loose electrical outlets, loose shelves in the closets, paint all over the carpet, window screens that were bent or have have giant holes in them, windows that don’t seal properly, broken windows with no locks, front door has a huge gap at the bottom that legs bugs in, mold everywhere in the bathrooms when we first moved in, in fact that bathtub and shower hadn’t even been glazed and when it was it was a half assed job and 6 months later the glaze is peeling up. The home was dirty upon move in, and the only saving grace to this place is the current property manager Jason.
