Moving to Three Rivers
If you plan on moving to Three Rivers, spring and summer are the best times to go. Michigan tends to get heavy snowfall in the winter and unless you plan on unpacking your snowmobile, it isn't the best time of the year to move.
Speaking of which, it isn't a bad idea to bring your snowmobile with you just in case you want to get out of the house in the winter time. Four wheel drive isn't a bad idea either. Another few things to bring with you: copies of your ID, a credit check, proof of income and letters of reference. This will aid in a speedy lease-signing process.
There are plenty of housing options. You may have trouble finding all-bills-paid apartments, but finding a two-bedroom apartment for rent in Three Rivers isn't that difficult. There are also some three-bedroom apartments for rent. If you prefer housing for rent in the form of houses or duplexes instead of an apartment, you'll still have plenty of options.
