“The price is pretty high but I realize that this is a prime area so they can get this due to demand for the area. I am least satisfied with the parking because they do not enforce towing and many people obviously allow friends and significant others to park in the lot so if you arrive late you can end up not able to park.”

“This was my first apartment I ever lived in alone back when I was 18 and lived there for 3 years; they were nothing but helpful in my transition to adulthood. I had moved back at the beginning of the year and the staff was the same- which speaks volumes for itself!!! Maintenance orders gets done in a timely manner, the property is always clean, it’s a pretty quiet community and there’s definitely a sense of security with it being gated. I work in the apartment industry myself so I have seen my fair share of different communities, this complex is 100% worth it and in a good location, not having to drive too far for essentials along with being right in the middle of everything here in San Antonio. 10/10 for Rosillo Creek, you will love calling this community your home!!! Plus all the natural light you get in your unit as well!!! I love love love it!!!”
