“Paying for parking is not ideal. Having to come let guest in the side entrances is also a big inconvenience. A fob for the doors would help with gaining access while carrying groceries. Other than that it’s a great place to live!”

“Rex26 was built as a Rental Community but has Condominium type finishes. From the window treatments, to the vanity to the lighting, cabinetry, Vinyl on the walls in the hall way, tile in the elevator. They did this place right and it has the amenities you need to feel comfortable and safe. A great Minneapolis Neighborhood with plenty of neighborhood amenities nearby. I am very pleased with my move here from Linden Hills in Minneapolis. Management has been responsive and attentive to detail. You don't see this kind of attention to an appartment and I have lived in many in Minneapolis. Great job.”

“I wish the gym had a smith machine haha. Also my guests have never been able to find parking. To the point where they just don’t come over because there is no where to park. There are cars collecting dust that I have seen in the same spots since I moved in.”
