This home is available for in person tours. It has been previously owner occupied, very clean, and in great condition. Move in dates are flexible, we are looking for a 16-24 month lease with option to renew after that. Walking into the home you will find living room to your right and quarter bath to left. Through the living room you have a formal dining area, kitchen with island and dining space. The sunroom is off the kitchen and has access to both deck spaces. There is another living space with fireplace off of the dining area. In the hall you have laundry/mudroom, access to the garage, and basement steps. Downstairs has on office, 4th bedroom, 5th bedroom with walk out, large family room, updated bath, utility room and storage space under the stairs. Upstairs you will find the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, full bath, and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has its own bath with tub and shower as well as a very large walk in. As a tenant you are responsible for lawn and snow. All utilities will be in your name. Water/Sewer/Trash, gas, and electric. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
