1 cat would be allowed at this rental with a monthly $35 pet fee, but no dogs are permitted.
Chosen applicant(s) age 18 years and older will need to complete a background/credit check ($32 fee for each adult) and are also considered if gross MONTHLY household income equals at least three times the monthly rent.
