All townhomes are pet-friendly, and we value our furry friends as residents too! We are conveniently located adjacent to the Mayo Clinic West Shuttle Lot; for you to take advantage of the ease that shuttle transportation offers daily.Our community charges a monthly service fee of $8 and a monthly pest control fee of $3.
