I love the square footage, top floor, updated kitchen for the price. The building is really quiet but when people have others over it’s very noticeable. The dryer destroyed a load of laundry that will cost more to file insurance claim ($250 vs $200 lost) I emailed management about it and they never responded. Management is inpersonable. Maintenance is responsive sometimes slow but nice and does the job. They have a good system.
