This is the best cost benefit living plan for a renter in the downtown area. I have granite countertops, bamboo flooring and a bridge burner even - maintenance sometimes takes an extra day but they’re human. Really exceptional experience and 10x better than the Mark KC. Worst rent property in the city to the best! Love QHA

new management came in and made positive changes. upgraded security, repaved parking parades, remodels, etc. there aren’t many amenities but value is great, maintenance is quick and location is nice
