This is one you've been looking for that strikes that perfect balance between affordable but good quality. It has a large main room AND a separate eat in kitchen that comes with a large gas stove plus fridge. Wood cabinets that face a massive eat in kitchen area with plenty of room for a dining room table. Enjoy central heat, with window unit air conditioning (provided). Unit is gas and electric. You'll be right between Benton Park & Tower Grove Park with both within 5 - 10 minutes. Take a short ride to S. Grand and explore all the wonderful restaurants, cafes, nicknack shops it offers. Better yet, head a little further south and go shopping along Cherokee St for antiques, dinner options, bars, clothes, and everything in between. If you're going a little farther you're still close to I-55, I-44 or 64-40!
PARKING: Street parking is almost always available on either side directly in front and almost exclusively used by the building!
LAUNDRY: Laundry facilities in the building with coin-operated machines.
UTILITIES: Water, sewer, and trash are covered in the rent. The tenant is responsible for gas and electric expenses.
LEASE TERMS: We are offering a twelve month lease. The move in charges include, a one month security deposit and the prorated rent for the month you're moving in (dependent on the move in day). Up to two cat's are more than welcome with a $200 refundable deposit and a $25/month pet rent. No utilities included in the rent rate. Qualifications include a credit score above 620, no previous evictions, and gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount.
