Water, sewer, trash, heat, security system, and garage parking are all included in an additional utility fee of $100/month, however, cooking gas, electric, and any additional services are the tenant's responsibility. Qualifications include a credit score above 550, no previous evictions, and gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount. This is strictly a no smoking building and a background check will be conducted. Keep in mind, renter's insurance is a requirement to live here. The application fee is only $45.
