I also probably never would've guessed that during the historic renovation of this building, they removed the old kitchen from where the current walk-in closet is and then put a brand new one where "the bedroom" was. Literally room for a bed, maybe a just a cot?? Idk, I guess people were just smaller at the turn of the century?? Little critters- dare I say? Anyway, no days-of-old-like-living here, except for the charm! Brand new appliances and systems in the unit. The basement is a bright, modern, and useful hub of tenant activity! Full bike storage, app/wifi-enabled laundry, AND an INCLUDED storage unit for each apartment. OH AND!! We worked out a deal w/ Spectrum, so you get 600mbps/70+channels for only an added $55/mo.
