This home is located within a Property Owner's Association which has very specific rules. All tenants and their guests will be required to abide by all of these rules. A list of these rules can be provided prior to applying upon request. These rules are subject to change. Any fines incurred by tenants or their guests must be reimbursed by tenant to landlord. Landlord will pay all Property Owner's Association dues- there will be no extra charge to tenant for P.O.A. dues.
