If you are eligible, but you are not currently receiving SSDI or EBT, we will help you get the necessary documents and walk you through the steps to receive them. **This is NOT an assisted living or group home. All residents must be self-sufficient adults capable of taking care of themselves and maintaining a hygienic living space. ** There is **NO DEPOSIT** and **NO CREDIT CHECK** Eden Homes is open to those age 50+ on SS/EBT or those of any age receiving Disability from the government. Each private bedroom at Eden Homes has its own deadbolt lock, and comes furnished with a twin-sized bed, dresser, and optional HDTV with Cable. Bedrooms range between $560 and $700/month, depending on size, amenities, and how long you stay at the property. The shared living room and sun room have couches, chairs, and TVs, for all to enjoy. WARNING: We have a strict "good neighbors" policy, and we do not tolerate any residents who are not respectful of the other residents at the property. ***This means cleaning up after yourself, not leaving dishes in the sink, maintaining personal hygiene, and keeping the bathroom clean.*** Please feel free to report any issues you are having with other residents to us., and we will ensure that the issue is addressed or the problematic resident is evicted.
