All utilities (water, electricity, gas, sewer, trash, internet) included, and a monthly cleaning services for the full house including your bed and bath rooms also included. Shared space is large living/ dining area, balcony, and fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge, range, microwave, toaster oven, Kitchen Aid, food processor, immersion blender, hot water teapot, Instant Pot/ Pressure Cooker, Crockpot, and more! No smoking indoors. Leases available for any duration but prefer minimum of 3 months. Designated/ assigned parking. Single occupancy, additional occupant allowed for additional $300 monthly. Guest policy to be discussed. Open to pets depending on temperament and training, with pet fee.
