Verified resident

The front desk is unprofessional. They never double check their work. I’ve been given so many “ accidental” fees and warnings that weren’t meant for me. Their attitude is completely disgusting

Dog Policy
restrictions
Dogs weighing over 50lbs. (adult weight) must reside on the ground floor. Dogs of a class with a known vicious or aggressive propensity will not be permitted. These breeds include, but are not limited to: • Pit Bull Terriers • Staffordshire Terriers • Rottweilers • German Shepherds • Presa Canarios • Chows Chows • Akitas • Wolf-hybrids • Cane Corsos • Alaskan Malamutes • Siberian Huskies • American Bull/Bully Bulldog Terrier • De Presa Canario • Tosa Japones All dogs are required to meet with the management staff and have a photo taken for final approval prior to move in. Each pet will be required to have updated veterinarian records showing all shots completed, including rabies. Management reserves the right to refuse any dog residency should they feel uncomfortable with a dog’s behavior, no matter the breed.
