Unless specified, all utilities are the tenants responsibility. To view the home we ask that you come by the office Mon-Fri between 10:00am and 3:00pm. Please bring with you a $40 cash deposit to check out a key to view the properties that you are interested in BEFORE submitting your application.

Pets: Cats and Small Dogs ONLY, $250/Pet Non-Refundable Fee + $20/Month pet rent per pet.

Applicant Requirements:
- Rent below $1,000 - Credit Score of 550+
- Rent above $1,000 - Credit Score 600+
- No evictions within the last 5 years
- Income must be at least 3.5x the monthly rent
(Can be verified w/ Paystubs for past 60 days, Signed Job offer, Previous year’s Taxes)
