The third bedroom is furnished for a guest or child with a twin bed, a small dresser, a chair, and a large closet. There is also a table with and office chair so this room can serve as an at home office.

The hall bathroom includes a wall-mounted faucet and sink, a medicine cabinet, a large linen closet, a tub with a shower, and a comfort height toilet.

An added feature is the on-site parking for two cars with a turn-around space, a back porch with a table, three chairs, a ceiling fan, and a private backyard.
