Additional living area can be found in the relaxing sunroom where you can enjoy the comfort of a conservatory-like area where you can open the windows and feel as if you are right outside on the lake.

This Lake Norman gem offers the perfect combination for enjoying the popular lake lifestyle with outdoor living areas for everyone. The detached covered veranda with seating by the lake is great for relaxing with a book. If soaking up the sun is preferred, you can either chill in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit or lounge on the newly built, private pier/dock. Whether it\'s kayaking, swimming or fishing, or simply being lazy in the hammock, Summer STATus is the perfect home base for the day\'s adventure. Lake Norman is a large lake and ideal for boating and watersports.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 10; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Summer Status is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem.
