Sandy Shore\'s spacious sleeping quarters are a dream come true:

* Upper level private master suite featuring a king bed, unique tiger wood balcony to enjoy the lake views, and a luxurious spa-like ensuite bathroom.
* Two main level king rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms.

Extra sleeping arrangements include:
* Custom bunk room with a queen-sized lower bunk and 5 twin beds with its own ensuite bathroom.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 13; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.

STAYLAKENORMAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete contract signing process including but not limited to uploading ID, signing usage agreement, accepting house rules, confirming details over the phone with company representative, etc.

Any booking made within 3 days of check in will be subject to additional refundable compliance deposit of $3,000 and a minimum age of 30.\"
