This up to the minute residence is completed by the stunning outdoor playground that sprawls over an acre and comprises numerous outdoor entertaining and lounging spaces. The centrally located heated pool completes your outdoor playground.

Upon entering the main level of this beautiful home that easily accommodates 14, you are welcomed with views of Lake Norman from the large, open living/kitchen/dining area. The comfortable and chic sunken living area gives you the ideal place to sit, relax and take in the views. A convenient walk out is provided for easy access to the deck overlooking the lake and the pool. A king bed and two twin beds are also located on the main level.

The lower level boasts a fun game area, a bunk room with 6 twins, two kings, a coffee/kitchenette area and another living area with a walk out to the lower level outdoor living, hot tub and pool area. Ringneck Retreat\'s spectacular outdoor living area gives everyone so many options to enjoy the Lake Norman lifestyle from swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, playing a game of ping pong, relaxing under the umbrella on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, or having one of StayLakeNorman\'s boats parked at your private dock/pier.

StayLakeNorman has a great selection of high performance tritoons available for rent with over 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

*Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
