On the main level, you will find the ideal gathering setting with a large, open great room, dining and kitchen area with high end appliances and decor. Located off the living area is a year-round enclosed sunroom and large deck overlooking the lake that offers additional spaces to dine, read a book, or simply just admire the view. Unique wood arches segue to a king master suite that is accompanied with a lake view and spa-like ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower and trendy stand-alone tub. A king bed, full bath as well as a half bath complete this level\'s floorplan.
On the upper level, a king room, a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an amazing, custom-built bunk room with eight twins, a fun gameroom and ensuite bathroom the perfect room for the children to hang out after a busy day on the lake. And, if you find yourself needing to do catch up on emails while you are here, the private office is a great space for your workation.
With over 230 feet of shoreline and its private pier, Channel Marker\'s outdoor living space provides plenty of adventure options, including swimming, sunning, tubing, fishing, kayaking, and boating. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
