As your time here continues, whether you\'re fishing, swimming, kayaking or taking one of our rental boats out to dinner, you will find life gets no better than being out on Lake Norman. After you\'re done in the sun and the evening starts to wind down, take a seat by the fire pit and enjoy the reflections over the lake.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, boats can be tied up to the dock. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
