The over 300 foot lot commands huge main channel frontage for your lake vacation. An added bonus is a concrete boat launch and private dock with onsite parking for numerous boats and cars. This home has been designed to accommodate friends and family members for a resort-style vacation.

This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
Lake Norman Breakaway is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
