There is ample room to gather and lounge on the expansive main floor, with an elegant dining area and multiple sitting areas to choose from, including side by side chaise lounge chairs that face the windows for a rewarding view of the lake. This space is filled with natural light throughout the day, and draws you outdoors to an impressive deck with unparalleled views of the lake.
When it\'s your turn to cook, it will be a pleasure in this kitchen designed to accommodate a group. In addition to every appliance and tool you could need, the kitchen features a breakfast nook with an incredible picture window so no one has to miss out on lake views. Just behind the kitchen, you\'ll find an upgraded area decked out with a coffee bar, full sized fridge, extra pantry space and a wine fridge.
There are two exceptional king rooms with ensuite baths and a beautiful queen room with ensuite on the main floor of the house, in addition to the primary king. In the primary, you\'ll enjoy a gas fireplace, an inviting reading nook right next to a floor-to-ceiling picture window, and a luxurious bathroom with two vanities, a soaking tub and an extra large walk-in shower.
The lower level of the home also invites connection with cozy couches, extra dining space, a fantastic game room that checks all the boxes, and an office if you must escape to get some work done.
On this level you will find even more sleeping areas including a king with ensuite, a custom bunk room with 4 fulls, and a giant room with triple fulls, an ensuite bath, and a whimsical hanging chair, placed perfectly by the window.
Outside you will find a covered seating area, ping pong table, a delightful heated pool, hot tub, hardscape fire pit, and of course your private dock for mooring a boat. *Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
