Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer. "Gone Coastal" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located in the quiet southern end of Kure Beach. The oceanfront primary bedroom has a King bed, private full bath and access to the large oceanfront deck. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed. Plan your meals in the fully furnished kitchen and enjoy them on the deck or at the dining table inside. There is also seating for three at the kitchen pass through bar. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
