The unit is ideally located, with beach access directly in front of the building and the Recreation Center located just across the street. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo does require stairs to access the unit. The renovated kitchen has modern black appliances and all of the essential items. Tucked into a nook in the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a smart TV, and full ocean views through the sliders leading to the deck. An on suite bathroom is attached with a single vanity and shower/ tub combo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, smart TV, and access to the hall bathroom. The hall bathroom has a single vanity and shower/ tub combo. Between the two bedrooms is a storage closet and wet bar.
