“The area is a good location except the liquor store does attract some unwanted guests. The management has tried to increase security but residents will often leave doors cracked. Additionally, I have lived here for 3 months and the locked and protected package room has been broken into with ALL packages stolen TWICE. It’s a city, so things happen but there’s are safety improvements that can be made. I will say they keep everything well maintained, clean, respond great and the units are beautiful and affordable for the area. If you’re looking in Midtown, this is by far the best option”

“The apartment is wonderful, the maintenance crew is on top of things, amenities are fantastic. Never had to speak to management, which is a good thing. Only thing is the noise. Train right outside my windows all times of day and night, plus a concrete supplier of some kind goes all day and night. All in all I would highly recommend living here.”

“Apartment is very small for the price, but the management team is awesome and it is mostly quiet except for the occasional fire alarm or dog barking. Only issue I have ever had was the gate being broken frequently or left open.”
