Pets are allowed but please no smoking inside the house. Tenants in charge of mowing the lawn (Electric Lawnmower will be provided) and changing the filters every 3 months (those will not be provided). Tenants will also be in charge of paying utilities: Electricity, water, gas and any internet requirements. Security deposit and first months rent due before move-in and rent will be due between the 1st - 5th of the month. If moving during the middle of the month, first months rent will be pro-rated. 12 month's lease are what we intend but let me know if there are any special requirements that you have questions about in terms of a shorter time.
