Just inside the front door, you will be greeted by the massive open kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings and layers of light. While this space invites gathering, you will inevitably be drawn outdoors by the expansive deck that runs the length of the house providing more spots for lounging, dining and taking in the view. Down below, find another covered seating area overlooking the lake and convenient to the fire pit.
Off the main living space in one direction is a uniquely designed custom bunk room with a total of 8 extra long twins and a full bath. In the other direction is a spacious primary king with a bay window sitting area and exceptional ensuite bath. You\'ll enjoy a soaking tub crowned by a skylight that brings in beautiful sunlight throughout the day. It also has a large walk-in shower and dual vanity.
An open staircase off the entryway leads from one floor to the next, opening up to a secondary gathering space complete with a full, open kitchen and plenty of comfy seating. Off this room are two kings with ensuite baths, including walk-in showers and dual vanities, plus a third king room with hall bath. Additionally, a secluded second primary down a private hallway boasts an intimate sitting area with lake views, access to the back porch and pool deck, and ensuite bath.
Outdoors your group will enjoy the heated pool and hot tub with unparalleled views of the lake and your private dock for mooring a boat. Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
*Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
