For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins Parking: Parking for 2 cars in driveway. Prohibited: No smoking. Pet Policy: 1 large dog or 2 small dogs welcome with pet fee of $400/pet. Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box DESCRIPTION: “Craft Upper” is a classic Wrightsville Beach 1940’s style top floor unit within a duplex. In a great location, positioned just across the street from the Oceanic Restaurant, Crystal Pier, and is only steps to the nearby public beach and sound accesses. The covered front porch is perfect for people watching, outdoor dining, or relaxing while taking in the salt air. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is all about spending quality time with family at the beach. Despite the traditional configuration of the home, the living room, dining area, and kitchen offer plenty of space for families to spread out while keeping everyone together with a somewhat open concept. This home has everything you need for a beach getaway without all the frills and unnecessary clutter. The kitchen is functional and well equipped for preparing meals but there is not a dishwasher included among the appliances provided. A side door off the kitchen gives easy access to the outdoor deck and living space. The kitchen and dining area are combined, making for a wonderful gathering space to share home cooked meals that has helped families reconnect and make memories for generations. The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, large closet, and private bathroom. There is another guest room with a full bed that shares the hall bathroom with the twin bedroom. The hall bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.
