For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. DESCRIPTION: “Craft Lower” is a classic Wrightsville Beach 1940’s style ground floor unit within a duplex that is economical and pet friendly. The fenced yard allows your four-legged family member to roam freely while you relax on the covered patio. This unit 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with shower stall is all about getting back to the basics. Craft Lower is a traditional style cottage has everything you need for a beach getaway without all the frills and unnecessary clutter. The kitchen is functional and well equipped for preparing meals but there is not a dishwasher included among the appliances provided. The two main guest rooms have full beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Bedding Configuration: 2 Full, 2 Twins Parking: 2 vehicles in front of fence. Prohibited: No smoking. Pet Policy: 1 large dog or 2 small dogs welcome with pet fee of $400 per pet. Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
