The kitchen has plenty of pantry space and is easy to navigate. The HOA requires all vehicles to display parking passes while parked on the property in order to avoid citation or towing. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the designated carport area.
