For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Bunk Bed (Twin/ Twin) Parking: Parking for 4 cars Prohibited: Smoking, Students, Boats and Trailers, Golf Carts, and Pets Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed. Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: Enjoy ocean side living in this beautifully renovated four-story duplex offers a unique floor plan! The bedrooms are located on the two lower levels of the home and an open concept top floor living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances including a microwave drawer and warming drawer. The main living area has google home, so you request and play your favorite tunes at the drop of a hat! The foyer has an elevator that services all floors of the home which is very convenient for delivering groceries and luggage to the upper levels of this home. Up one flight of stairs, the first floor of this home provides a bunk room with four twin beds. The bunk room also has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. The master bedroom has an expansive walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access. Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower wand- just like the indoor showers! There is a picnic table in the back yard conveniently located near the exterior gas grill and cooler station, so all your beverages stay ice cold while you enjoy the beautiful weather in the back yard. The carport runs the length of the building and can easily accommodate 4 vehicles. While the elevator services all floors of the home it does not have enough clearance for most motorized chairs or wheelchairs- please contact our office directly before booking if you or your party have special requirements. There are two exterior surveillance cameras that monitor the exterior doors for added security. Monthly filter changes to be scheduled with tenant.
