FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. DESCRIPTION: “Sandcastle Lower” is an attractively decorated 3-bedroom 2-and-a-half-bathroom lower unit duplex that is only one house from the beach. The garage for this unit has been transformed into an indoor game room and features a foosball table, chess/checkers table, and pool table. Just up the stairs you will find the entry door which leads to a bright and fresh living space. The single level floor plan of this property features an open living-dining and kitchen area that leads to the covered porch. Enjoy meals at the dining room table, at the bar seating that overlooks the kitchen, or on the deck soaking in the gentle evening sea breezes. There is a smart TV in the spacious living room. There is a powder room off the living room that is convenient for guests. Down the hall there are three nicely furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom is outfitted with two twin sized beds, a smart TV, and has access to a jack and jill bedroom that is shared with the neighboring queen bedroom. The bathroom is nicely updated and features a dual vanity, stylish fixtures, and a walk-in shower. A queen guest room makes a fantastic accommodation for guests! A comfortable bed overlooks a generously sized smart TV and there is exterior egress with a spiral stair case that leads down to the grilling area. The spacious primary bedroom provides a king-sized bed, dedicated workspace, smart TV, and a large ensuite bathroom. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Pet Policy: Pets Negotiable with fee and deposit. Prohibited: No Smoking, No Students, No Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
