There is no leasing office personnel on site. The maintenance requests take forever to complete, and they don't give 24 hour notice before entering your apartment for general maintenance request you put in (not talking about emergency). There is mold every where, the apartments are no longer maintained. The flooring has so many soft spots, I was on the second floor and could hear my upstairs neighbor anytime they moved. The pool was closed all summer due to "unforeseen maintenance issues" that happened the end of summer last year. They just now started working on getting the pool fixed beginning of August. This place used to be beautiful and everyone wanted to live here because the apartments are very spacious, and the forest was a beautiful hidden gem. These apartments are nothing like they use to be. Management is horrible, and they don't ever get back to you in regards to any of your concerns, only when they notice rent is late do you hear from them. There are just so many things the list could go on forever. I would highly recommend against leasing an apartment from Elevate Living in general, but Fontenelle Hills especially as the residents had to start a tenants union to get anything started to be repaired.
It’s a nice place but there are no staff we can talk to once we move in. The only staff onsite in the office are for new residents only. There is a fee for paying with your card but they won’t accept a check or money order. So I have to pay using a method they charge a fee for and that’s ridiculous. The plumbing needs work, too.
