This owner is currently accepting section 8 and VASH. Tenant is responsible for electricity including heat & cooking.
The rent is $1,595 per month with hot water included. An additional pet charge is $50/per month for each cat and $75/per month for each dog. To move in, we require one month's rent on the day you move in and one month's rent as a security deposit within three days of signing the lease. Blue Door Living has the following application requirements:
- The gross monthly household income must equal at least 3x the monthly rent.
- You must have had no evictions or foreclosures within the past four years.
- You must owe no money to a utility company, property manager/previous landlord.
- At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher.
