Looking for someone to take over our lease for 6 months. The Landings community is very safe, close to all the basic necessities, two min from Hudson River boardwalk, and walkable distance to most of the transport into the city (Ferry and Bus). Additionally, the community has a diverse group of friendly people. Most importantly. West New York has some good schools (10 min on the bus). We are currently paying $3500 which comes with an indoor car park, gym, and pool access. However, we are willing to give $300 off per month for the next 6 months, post 6 months you need to work with the leasing office directly.
