Lease Terms for 206 Tierra Verde Circle, Elephant Butte, NM, 87935

Lease Duration: The lease is for a fixed term of 12 months, commencing on 1/1/2025

Monthly Rent: Rent is $3490, due on the first day of each month. Late fees will apply if rent is not received on time.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $3000 is required at the signing of the lease agreement. The deposit will be returned within 60 Days after the lease ends, less any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.
