HOLDING THE PROPERTY AND LEASE PREP:
If your application is approved, you will be given 24 hours to accept the offer and pay the holding deposit. The 24-hour countdown starts at the time the offer is sent to you.
All leases must be dated to start no later than 14 calendar days of the lease offer date. The 14-day countdown starts at the time the offer is sent to you.
We do not require leases to start on the 1st of the month, therefore, the first month's rent may be pro-rated. Pro-rations are always based on a 30-day month. To determine the daily prorated rent, take the monthly rent amount and divided that amount by 30.
A holding deposit in the amount of $1200 must be collected from the Applicant within 24 hours (one calendar day) starting from the time that the offer is sent to the Applicant from Management.
If your application is approved, there will be a $125 lease preparation fee due on or before the lease start date.
