There are no "Hardwood floors" they are cheap linoleum, peels easily, the gym is small and not fully equipped, they do not show you the dog park because it is only big enough for one small dog at a time yet there is poorly allocated space to a volleyball pit seldom used and a kid park seldom used, the apartments on the ground floor hear a lot of noise from second floor because there is no padding under the linoleum, they do not disclose that your monthly rent is actually $100 up over what they tell you when you are signing the lease because of what they call HOA fees and other hidden misc. charges (water and sewage are ok, the rest of the charges are not disclosed at signing), the office is nice when they want you to sign after that they are uninterested in tenant wants or concerns, they do not provide complex activities and there is no club house. It is not worth the money!
